'Winter FlipBook Competition winner: We are proud to announce the winner of our Winter Flipbook competion for fulltime school students. The winner is 18 year-old Emily Elliott from the Everett High School in Washington State. Emily's enchanting and well-drafted flipbook is entitled 'Martian Learns a Lesson' and looks like this...     Emily will recieve a signed copy of Tony White's 'The Animator's Workbook' and will have her work featured at the 2007 '2D OR NOT 2D Animation Festival'. Note: The Animaticus Foundation will be announcing the 2007 Winter Flipbook Comptetition prior to this year's '2D OR NOT 2D Animation Festival' in November. The competition will be open to all fulltime students, with prizes being awarded in each category age group. Watch this space for further details... soon!
